Trust Deeds
This
is the traditional method of investing in Trust Deeds. The investor
loans money to a borrower, and the money is secured by a First Position
Trust Deed on the real estate property. The borrower makes monthly
payments on the loan and Hard Equity 123, as servicing agent, collects
the loan payments and disburses them to investors. In the beginning of
our relationship, Christopher will meet with you and discover the types
of loans you are comfortable investing in. We will discuss details, and
learn your preferences as far as loan parameters; purpose, borrower
type, location of property, LTV ratio, loan duration, etc. When loans
become available that fit with your investing profile, we will contact
you and communicate the loan details for your assessment and review.
