4. High End Executive Homes, Mansions, Estates etc...Must be worth At Least $1Mil to qualify as a high end house lead. Must Not be listed, unless you know the property asking price is 65% LTV or lower and/or is behind on payments.

contact info in order to qualify as a payable lead. We want to speak
directly with the seller, even if the property is listed. If you do not
have the name and direct contact information of the property
owner/seller,please do Not submit that property for consideration!

Requirements
1.
No duplicates of previous houses will be accepted within 6 months. You
must keep a list of addresses of the houses you inspect and the date.
You must also create a system of routing so you'll always know what
streets you covered. Do everything you can to make it easy to know
where and when you've been. After 6 months you can start all over.

3. Submit your leads property info to us.
For leads that are houses, townhouses or condo's, submit
4. You must supply digital photo's of the property.
The photo's can be emailed to crippen@hardequity123.com
Please put the property address and the word "Pics" or "Pictures" in the subject line. Please Do Not send pictures within the body of the email. Instead...Send the pictures as an Attachment.

Getting Your Referal Fee
1. Houses in acceptable areas pay $150 to $650 for each property.
2. You'll receive an additional $500 bonus upon purchase of the 3rd house from your leads and $500 more with every 3 houses thereafter.
3. Referal fee's will only be paid if the deal closes.
